Blackpool Sands

Blackpool sands nestles between to small heads of Start Bay, making it a sheltered beach surrounded by steeply rising fields and woods. It has many excellent facilities, and is popular with families.

Access:	Good road access. Good access to beach.
Car Parking:	Good - £2-£5 per day
Facilities:	Toilets, shower, cafe, shop, ice creams, watersports hire. (Many facilities are seasonal).
Swimming:	Safe bathing. Life guard in summer.
Dogs:	No Dogs March - September
